The Authority uses the Sector Law, the Licenses, and the industry codes to regulate the licensees and the exemption holders. The compliance to the Grid Code and Distribution Code is monitored by the Technical Directorate. Members of the Technical Directorate represent the Authority in the Grid Code Review Panel and the Distribution Code Review Panel. All the amendments to the Codes need to be approved by the Authority before they become official.
