Introduction on Customer Affairs Section

The Authority is committed to safeguarding customer interests and has established a Customer Affairs Directorate staffed with full time professionals to ensure customer service regulations are properly implemented by licensed suppliers.

The Customer Affairs Directorate acts to protect and promote the interests of electricity customers. The Directorate approves and monitors licensed suppliers’ codes of practices, provides general advice on electricity related matters and takes up complaints on behalf of customers who have been unable to resolve problems directly with their licensed suppliers.
